Services for Your Business

  • First few weeks of your contract

    When contracted, ARRS goes on site approximately for the first couple weeks of the contract.

    What we do during that time:

    - Conduct interviews with staff

    - Talk to management to determine the unique qualities of your business

  • Behind the scenes

    ARRS will develop a unique Loyalty Program for your company and area.

    - Actively network with the surrounding community

    - Advertise, recruit, and screen potential applicants

  • When a candidate is found

    Resume and information will be passed to the Hiring Manager of your business, who will be responsible for interviewing and hiring the candidate.

  • End of the Contract

    A Final Evaluation Report will be developed to identify methods which would assist management to retain their current staff.

    This report would be made available for staff and management to review. Management would then have the autonomy to implement these strategies as they see fit.

  • 6 Months - 1 Year Later

    ARRS will return to the business to conduct a short survey with staff to determine if staff satisfaction and retention has increased since the initial surveys.

Perks of Being Employed Through ARRS

ARRS will offer a unique perks plan to any current or new employees funneled through ARRS if the employee agrees to work for the facility for a minimum of a year from the time of hire. The perks would become null and void if the employee leaves the employ of the contracting facility.

The ARRS Perk Plan consists of great deals for current and new employees of the facility. These perks are tailored to the contracting facility’s geographic location, promoting local small businesses which are also convenient for staff.
